Cowie Ladies' Netball Team is open to all women over the age of 16. You're welcome to come along to just keep fit every week if you like, or try for one of the league teams if you have a competitive streak!

You don't have to have played netball before as we will attempt to impart all our knowledge to you over the weeks - which in all fairness shouldn't take too long. We have a very mixed ability group, and we by and large tend to be a friendly bunch, so will welcome almost anyone with open arms!
