First Quarter

 Cowie Blacks traditionally lost the toss up! and north  sea tigers took first centre pass. North Sea Tigers missed their first opportunity to score but unfortunately missed. Abel caught her first rebound and Buckley scored the first goal of the match. What a great start for Cowie Blacks. North Sea Tigers fouled which gave Cowie Blacks a penalty pass. The ball was passed to Buckley who scored again after a second attempt. Good clear centre passes were taken by Boyes and passed to Forbes, Browning and Corbett during the first quarter. There was good spacing in the centre third and Cowie Blacks goal third. Buckley came out of the circle to receive the ball, there was good quick movement into the circle by Browning who caught the ball and scored. The team worked well with periods of good spacing, low balls, short passes and some great defending. A foot fault by North Sea Tigers gave Cowie Blacks possession of the ball but lost it, then regained it by intercepting the ball. There was good balance around the goal third which allowed the ball to be passed to Browning who held her space well and swiftly turned and scored. Great interception by Boyes but she lost the ball due to footwork. North Sea Tigers gained possession until Graham intercepted and Browning scored. There was some overcrowding in the centre third by Cowie Blacks, the pace was fast but well played Cowie Blacks who scored 14 goals to 1 for North Sea Tigers. 

Second Quarter

First centre pass was taken by North Sea Tigers who lost possession as the ball went out of court. It was a little cramped at the centre third by Cowie Blacks but they successfully moved the ball up the court with a great goal by Browning. North Sea Tigers made a footwork error and Cowie Blacks gained possession. Graham defended her opponent really well but Cowie lost possession and North Sea Tigers obtained a free pass but lost it as the ball went off court. Cowie Blacks gained possession. There was good circle work by Watson, Boyes, Buckley and Browning who ultimately scored. Cowie Blacks dominated the quarter. There were two great interceptions by Abel where Cowie Blacks gained possession of the ball. Graham continued to defend well and another two goals were scored for Cowie Blacks. Cowie Blacks were on a roll but appeared to lose their lady like vocals on court. The game continued with a great interception by Boyes. During the quarter a toss up was taken by Graham and opposing team member. Graham batted the ball and North Sea Tigers gained possession and scored a great goal near the outer circle. Cowie Blacks notched up 26 goals with 3 goals for North Sea Tigers. 

Third Quarter

 Cowie Blacks took first centre pass but they lost possession of the ball as it went off the back line. The throw in was taken by North Sea Tigers but Corbett intercepted the ball and Browning scored. McFadden made a good interception in the centre third. The ball was passed into Cowie Blacks goal third and Buckley scored. North Sea Tigers missed several goal attempts in this quarter with Corbett catching the rebounds. Good circle work by Cowie Blacks, Buckley passed the ball to Browning who scored. Good team work ladies. Browning missed a goal opportunity as North Sea Tigers gained possession on the rebound but North Sea Tigers lost the ball off the back line. Forbes made a good attempt at intercepting the ball but it went off court. Cowie Blacks continued to defend well with some good spacing in the centre third but brief periods of overcrowding. Cowie Blacks played well and they clearly dominated the play with a score of 37 goals and 4 goals to North Sea Tigers. 

Fourth Quarter 

Cowie took the first centre pass but lost possession of the ball as North Sea Tigers intercepted. North Sea Tigers lost possession as their goalkeeper was in the centre third. There was good circle work by Cowie Blacks but Browning missed the goal and North Sea Tigers gained possession as the ball went off court. Good spacing on court and good circle work by Boyes and McFadden with a lovely goal by Buckley. Centre passes by Cowie Blacks continued to be shared by Browning, McFadden and Forbes throughout the quarter. The pace was a little quick at times but Cowie Blacks continued to play well, with some great interceptions in the goal and centre thirds by Abel and Corbett, resulting in another goal for Cowie Blacks. Cowie Blacks dominated the play once again and scored 46 goals with North Sea Tigers who scored 8 goals. Well done Cowie Blacks.
